So went out with the group last night after missing 2 weeks running due to a nasty bite on my leg.
Found it ok,hard towards the end .Today though my left hip is painful.cant fully extend the leg.feels like its stuck.any ideas.really want to do Park run saturday 😣

That sounds like it’s worth getting checked out. Was the bite near your problem? Have you been stretching after runs? Any yoga in between? They’ll help in the long term.
