Hi All had a weeks holiday and although I did one run during the holiday found it hard to get the time to go running. Did it this morning and did 30 min run but it was tough. I’m so pleased I managed it but think it shows how easy it is to loose the fitness level - I’ll be out again Friday as this is one thing I don’t want to stop. I’m going to consolidate for 3-4 weeks as I really want to achieve the 5k running. - my next goal!! Have fun running everyone !!
