Well after pulling something behind my knee almost 2 weeks ago over doing it, and taking a weeks hols, I'm back at it. Last week I repeated week 2 didn't want to make my knee sore again. Today w3 start, dreading the 3 minute bit. Great done it no prob, felt really good to achieve. Never thought I'd enjoy running so much. Still seems strange taking up jogging so late in life, but I must say I feel good for it.

Oh well done you, especially as you haven't given up when things went wrong. I've had several false starts myself, but I'm now just about to start week 5 and I've found the encouragement on this forum is a real help. Keep going and you'll get there!

Fabulous, good for you getting back into it! There are numerous people on this forum who aren’t necessarily spring chickens. I’m 54 myself and a newbie to running too! It’s slightly taken over my life too!

Enjoy yourself and good luck! 😀😀😀
