Farewell MJ !

It was my first run as a graduate this morning and whilst I missed the dulcet tones of MJ in my ear, I coped. A steady 30 minutes done with the sound of the sea in one ear and some good tunes in the other. Still find it odd that I can now run for 30 minutes! 😄

Nice that you can hear the sea on one ear and your favourite tunes in the other, congrats for graduating and running your first 30-minute post graduation run, yes I agree with you that it's nice being able to run for 30 minutes at the one go, I wouldn't say it's odd, perhaps you think that as like me, the longest run before that 20 minute run of week 5 of C25K was 10 minutes and that was decades ago.

I think that is what I'm thinking - I'll start thinking of it as being nice as opposed to odd from now on! 😀 The whole music in one ear/sea in the other came about because my headphones are so rubbish they won't stay in both ears when I'm running, but I actually like it now - one ear open to the elements, one listening to tunes!
