Hi, new here-just wondered does anyone know if you have the coach to 5k app downloaded on your phone can you use the metrics or basically your Apple Watch to record your data and not have to carry your iPhone about with you everywhere? Or even with the active 10 app too?

I’m not sure on that one I am afraid. I know with the active 10 it uses components within the phone to track but I would have no idea if they are in the watch as well.
