After failing the first time, I did it again and I managed to run the 25 minutes continuously in W7R1. Distance wise it was a bit over 3km. No complaint though! I’m fine with that.
It wasn’t difficult run to be honest. Compared to the day before it was easy. The day before I thought it was impossible.
I think a big part of running at this stage is psychological. I’m not sure what, sometimes, triggers my frustration that makes me give up.
Just thought to share with you this note in case anyone can relate to it!

Well done, that 5 min jump is quite daunting isn’t it, but you did it, brilliant work. I’ve just finished week 7 today so I can assure you, you’ve done it once you can do it two more times. The end is in sight. X
Agree so much about the psychological challenges. I think us beginner runners are very vulnerable to being scuppered by " mind gremlins" telling us we "ll never do it...mainly because many of us have never run for 30 minutes ever ! More experienced runners know they can do it and don't get so thrown by a run that doesn't go so well.
