Go Slo Watch?

Managed to do week 5 run 1 this morning 😁. I took it very slowly and during the second 5 minute run I suddenly felt "I can do this today" πŸ‘ πŸ‘.

Whilst daydreaming, as I lapped the park, I invented the Go Slo Watch. This measures your pace and if you're going to fast it sends an electric shock up your arm. The voltage increases each time you transgress until eventually it feels like you've been tasered. It could also double as a defibrillator for when your heart tells you it's had enough. Good idea eh? (No not really but it got me round the park).

Next time I'll invent some dog poo proof trainers 😁😁😁.

Haha, believe it or not Garmin watches can already do this, but it's a gentle buzz rather than a million volt zap!
