Well I ordered one and it said it would be here tomorrow so 8I thought no more about it. No 2 son insisted we were doing Parkrun this week - I was a bit dubious - did it last week and enjoyed it but not ready and I’ll keep it till I graduate- anyway I was all geared up for it but he was jumped on by a horse this week. When he nipped out for a 2 mile run last nigh (at 9pm after working and teaching since 7.30 am) he said his ankle won’t stand 5k (he did the in 21 mins - I hate 18 year olds!)

So...remember the ice towel? Well I’d gone off for my run this am and it arrived waking the said 18 the old up!!! Karma!!
