Just did the 20 min straight W5 R3 and I really didn't enjoy it...
I can tell I've improved at running 10 mins was alright and only then did breathing become more of an issue. Just after my top abs started to feel like I had just done 100 sit-ups (a muscle burning type-thing - not a stitch) and at 15 min I was ready to throw in the towel... Kept going as I knew it wasn't much more but only managed by having my arms in all sorts of positions (e.g. on hips, above head) to try and reduce the pain in my abs... All in all my legs didn't start to feel it until the last 2 mins but I felt light headed after and a tiny bit sick about 10 mins later but that passed very quickly... After 4 days gap to let my hurt foot recover a bit I was fine with any running pains
Have to say I didn't enjoy it but I'm glad I did it...

hi! Well done! If your breathing became an issue at 10 min, it sounds like you could have been going a bit too fast? Doing well though! Watch out for week 6
Well done for finishing! I also wonder if maybe you can slow down if it's causing that much pain? Btw I started getting chest pains at longer runs, and finally realised it was my underwired sports bra! 😂 New bra was my solution but obviously will not work for everyone 🤣
