Went for a walk with a friend today as still not sure my back can cope with a run. Walked about 3.5 miles. Really missing running though and hope I can get back into in the next few days. Not sure whether to redo a week or a run or two as it’s been 10 days today since my last run.
Seeing the osteopath again tomorrow and will hopefully get some exercises to do to strengthen my back so this doesn’t happen again.

I'm back on the couch! Ankle not good. Annoying as I'd reached W8. Still, best to rest and take care of ourselves so we can have another go at getting to the podium. I'll be interested to hear how you do on your return to running. All the best with your back. Hope you're well enough to continue very soon.
