Went for a walk with a friend today as still not sure my back can cope with a run. Walked about 3.5 miles. Really missing running though and hope I can get back into in the next few days. Not sure whether to redo a week or a run or two as it’s been 10 days today since my last run.
Seeing the osteopath again tomorrow and will hopefully get some exercises to do to strengthen my back so this doesn’t happen again.
