Just completed W2R3 yesterday morning and have got a slight twinge in my ankle. So no running for me until it goes away. It’s fine if I keep it moving but stiffens up and hurts a little after being still for a while. Has anyone else had this? Any recovery tips?

We do expect aches and pains at this early stage. so make sure you are doing those after run stretches:)

I've had a niggle with my achilles since last year and I find if I ice for 20mins after every run or long walk it helps, maybe give it a try before it gets too bad.
