Epic fail!!!!

Couldn’t manage more than 2.5-3 mins on my runs!!! It was HARD today😢

Should I just repeat today until I can complete it fully?

Deflated = yes!

I know the programme works, as stated by all but the jump from 3 to 5 mins seems and feels brutal 😢

No worries, that happens to us all at some point. Make sure you are well rested and well hydrated - be well hydrated on all days, not just the running days. Try again after your rest day and go super slow, running within yourself and keep it slow. You can do it! 😄

Hi, we don’t do “fail” on this programme. 🙂 Just put it down to experience and look forward to your next run. 👍

Maybe think about varying your route, what you listen to, the time of day you run etc before it becomes an issue. 😉

We’re all challenging ourselves on C25K and certainly the weather isn’t helping any of us. 🌞😎
