Decided to invest in some good trainers after getting my gait analysis done. I ordered asics ds 22 from sportsshoes.com

I'm usuallya size 6 and ordered half a size up. They've arrived today and feel really tight. They are now out of stock so can't order a 7. Does anyone recommend a trainer that I can exchange them for please. Thank you

You need to know what shoe properties are recommended as the result of the gait analysis. e.g. are you a neutral runner or pronator, do you have a high arch, is cushioning recommended, etc, etc. Then you need search for other shoes with characteristics that match. The problem though is that different shoe brands and even different upgrades of the same shoe have different sizing, so there is no guarantee if a size 7 in one brand/version fits that it won't be too large or too small in another brand/version. Just a very quick look showed someone complaining that the shoes you bought are significantly narrower than the previous version, which would cause issues for people with wide feet. So you might need to do a number of exchanges since you are not able to try on the shoes before buying.

Thank you for the reply. They said I had moderate over pronation. Think I will go back to a shop and try a few different trainers and hopefully will find the right ones.
