First run after a 2 week break


Got up early just so I could get back to running again as the heat as been affecting my fibromyalgia I have not been able to run for 2 weeks. I totally amazed myself I went for wk8 as that the run I should have done a fortnight ago and actually managed to do run 1 no problem. I realise I was slower but did not think I would manage it without stopping however I managed to push myself for those last five minutes to run to the end. Making the decision to do this as had a amazing positive affect to my life. Running helps not only my weight loss and fitness journey but it seems to help me destress too. I’ve also making a positive step towards reducing some of my medication. My goal is a long way off but by adopting weekly goals I’m getting there slowly but surely
