I just wanted to say a big thank you to those who have encouraged me along the way and for the kind souls who took the time to reply to my posts in the past. As someone who took up this challenge on my own, it really helped me to have support available in this forum. I would like to thank those who devised the C25K app - aren’t we lucky to have these tools available to us - definitely cheaper than a personal trainer! I finished the plan at the weekend and feel healthier, happier and fitter than ever before. What next? Maybe a Park Run, maybe increase my distance? I’d like to bring my time down so I’ll work on that for now. If you can recommend any other apps/podcasts or have any tips for continuing with running, I’d love to hear them.
