Good luck! Just follow the instructions on the app/podcast, relax and enjoy the experience. Also look at the stretching/flexibility programs in 'NHS One You' for your non-running days.
Well done for starting the C25k programme, you will find this forum informative but above all supportive and encouraging, there are literally thousands of people here at every stage of the journey, seasoned runners who have been going for years, newly graduated and those who are making their way through the programme, a good tip is to find a virtual buddy who is at the same stage as you and you can encourage each other along, good luck.
Congratulations on both counts. Very proud of anyone who joins our Armed Forces. And before you go you will have a lot of fun running in the programme. Everyone will be with you every step of the way. Good luck 😉😉
