Repeat wk2

Well should of done wk3 run 1 today but just didn't feel ready for it, instead I opted to repeat week 2 but push myself a little further by doing an extra running cycle at the end.

Seem to be struggling with breath but I only stopped smoking 8 mths ago after smoking for over 25 yrs. Determined to complete this course though. Don't like the weight I put on after I stopped smoking or the breathlessness I used to get.

On the plus side though, my legs don't hurt as much.

Keep it slow and keep it steady... just relax and breathe gently.... if you are struggling, slow down more:)

Well done!

Thanks, wasn't going that fast, I know I am not a sprinter, just don't have much co ordination between breathing and running😂. Does seem to be getting a bit better than when I started my wk1 though.
