Just done r1 of w2, the first 90sec run I didn't think I was going to get through it ,but pushed on and found it got gradually easier, felt I could have run for a bit longer, which amass me as I've never ran in my life before 😁🏃‍♀️

Well done. I’ve just started week 5 and I am amazed how much longer I can run for compared to 5 weeks ago! The program is working. Slow and steady is my mantra.
