I run in the evening because I like my bed too much in the morning
Just ignore how you feel right now (upon waking) and focus on how you will feel for the rest of the day after your run.
I'm sure you have regretted not going for a run many times, but I bet you have never regretted actually going for a run.
Go in the evening instead. After 8-8:30 is lovely 👍🏽

Whatsapp above is correct..... but tbh, I’m exactly the same. I’d rather have 20 minutes longer in bed.... but once I’m up I’m fine...
It would take a while to get into a habit etc before you wouldn’t mind doing it.... maybe that process is quicker with endorphins in play?
