just done week 4 run 1 & 2 i had to stop at about 2.30 as i was out of puff on the 5 mins bit hen go again It's not going to beat me just take al little bit more time enjoy your runs

Well done.. but, when you do the run again, just slow right down... that way you will be able to finish comfortably :)

As oldfloss said. You’ve got to slow down when it feels like it’s too much.
