Hi I hurt me knee at end week 2, but have been away for a week now, and ready to jog. Should I go back a week restart week 2. Your advise guys would be most welcome

Whenever I came back from a knee injury I walked the distance the day before at around 20 minutes a mile just to test things. After that I’d try the run you were due to do, it has taken us all much longer to lose fitness than this plan takes to regain it, so in a week you won’t have lost as much as you think, if anything.

No, carry on, do the usual warmup walk and go slow and steady..

I know how you feel. I have had a week of no runs due to being too busy to fit them in. Back on it but have gone back a week because the last run I did I was going to repeat anyway because I found it tough. There is no hard and fast rule on this. Just do what feels right for you and what will help you continue with the program.
