That’s W4 “smashed”... well, according to the app anyway. I’d actually just go with “completed”... I’ll save smashed for W9!

So I guess this is where it all gets a bit real and scary. Far more running than walking, and the inimitable W5R3 to face at the end of the week.

But so far, progress has been fine, and managed to stick to everything to the letter. Here’s hoping it stays that way for Week 5....

...onwards and upwards!

Way to go. You’ll surprise yourself on that run you’re looking at with trepidation.

And, no, I’m not signing up to the talking you out of the marathon 2020 plan... you will be ready.

Trust the programme, you can do it, I've just started week 6 and was amazed that I managed to run for 20 mins, for me its all about thinking of other things or my mind starts to convince me I cant do it. Go for it!!

Well done for getting to the end of week 4. I think most people on here look ahead to the run at the end of week 5 and assume they won’t do it but just trust the programme. It sounds a huge ask and a massive leap but it is doable and you will feel fantastic afterwards. Everything you do up to that stage is preparing you for it 👍🏃‍♂️
