I completed the programme yesterday and was wondering what to do next? I’m still finding it a bit tough going but want to keep it up! Any suggestions?

Congratulations!

Where do you want to go next? Faster? longer? There’s bridge to 10k on here. Or there’s other apps that will take you to a faster 5k. Or you can maintain and keep hitting the half hours easier and easier in the knowledge that you have a healthy body and are maintaining it.

Consolidation, consolidation, ( to the tune of Congratulations)... now is the time to build up all those runs... Consolidation, consolidation , and now the time has come to have some further fun(s) :)

£0 minute runs... different routes, shorter and longer.. and then maybe take a peek at that pinned post:)

Well done! Welcome to the ranks of 'runners who don't know what the next challenge is yet.'

I was sort of considering 'get better at chasing lady runners' myself. But they are all so much faster than me.... :(
