It’s been 3 weeks since the last run (due to start w3r1) but my old groin injury started feeling tight. So avoided aggravating it so rested but since haven’t been able to find the inspiration to get running again.
I am toying with seeing a physio for the injury as that is now a year since I done it and it still doesn’t feel right.
