Morning all. I've not posted much on here, but have posted the odd comments on others posts and been following and taking the great advice by everyone.
My last run Wk8R1 (Wednesday) I got a blister on the side of my heal (approx size just smaller than 2p coin) Same running shoes and socks since I started... I'm thinking maybe cos of the heat my feet swollen? Was going to go out again this morning, but its too sore. I did burst with sterilized pin! I know …. I know.... but thought might help! So think I'm just going to have to wait till heals a bit

Try a Compeed blister plaster. They are the bees’ knees. I have weird feet and get blisters easily, but these work like magic. They take the pain away and help the blister heal. I should be on commission! Good luck.
