Week 6 done dusted and conquered!

Well thanks to the enthusiasm of cheekychipmunks about R3W6 I went into the final run of this week actually expecting to enjoy it and I wasn’t disappointed. 25 minutes of running when only six weeks ago I thought I was passing out after 60 seconds. Decided to set myself an extra challenge by incorporating a short hill. I usually use this as part of my warm up walk but started the run so that it came in the first 5 minutes of running. Wasn’t sure it was a good idea but actually once it was done and I was at the top on the level, the running seemed easier and once I got my breath back, settled into a slow but steady pace. And according to SM, I am NOW A RUNNER!! Bring on week 7!!!
