Been away for work. Almost took my running shoes but knew there wouldn't be time for running, so did a run this evening once I got back. Strava must not be very accurate because it says I only did 2.7km but I ran longer than last time (28 mins + 10 mins warm up/down) and further on this route than before. Last time it reckoned I did 4.9km (different route).
The time recorded was also less than Laura said.
Or maybe I really did run at half my usual speed?
Frustrating, but I feel good for having done TWENTY EIGHT whole minutes. It did seem to go on for ages!

28 minutes is very good. Pace maybe inaccurately reported at times, but it’s nit so important. Just as rest days are good, taking a week or two off can also be, and most guys start back with a recover run at easy pace, so if you ran less that’s good, if the app was wrong that’s good, but what’s great is you ran again.
