No really, I am 😂. I haven’t ran since Saturday, my brothers been visiting and I really only managed to squeeze in a quick run then. So now he’s gone home I thought I would run & aim for 4.5k. It was sunny and felt warmish in the garden but not silly hot, so off I went. Started running through the woods thinking yep this is fine, shady, nice & cool. Then I hit the riverside, omg the heat!! I expected a little breeze off the river but no, nothing, it was rediculously hot. I slowed even more thinking this wasn’t going to happen today, I had to walk a few minutes too. But, lo & behold, I actually did manage 4.6k in 40 minutes, so after all that, I was pleasantly surprised.
A couple more 30 minute runs then I’m gonna go for the big 5 😂
Oh and on the upside, I ran a boot 👢😂...
