Well it has been awhile since I last posted, and went to for that matter, but I have made a decision that I need to restart this from week 1 again.
I did however, complete a 13-15 mile night walk round London on Saturday night/Sunday morning so feel that I have at least been doing some exercise if not "running".
I just am not feeling the running love at the moment, and don't know what I can do to change my mind-set LOL
