Trying again on W1R1 and I’m not going to give up this time, I think I went way too fast on the runs last time lol I was like sprinting 🙈 so going to take it slow and steady 🏃‍♀️ I can do this!

Slow n steady wins the race 🤗. Just plod along and enjoy yourself. Take in the scenery and people watch and you will be amazed how far you go.

You can totally do this. Absolutely take it very slow & steady. It’s all about getting through one run at a time 👍

When you start out the pace should be more like walking speed but with a jogging attitude. Try to keep your steps small and reduce the bounce (as Jo says if you’re running past a hedge the person on the other side shouldn’t be able to tell you’re running). Don’t worry about speed, right now we’re building endurance. Once you can run for 30 minutes you can focus on getting faster.
