Just finished my 3rd run and completed it fully for the first time. The human body is a good bit of kit, When I started 6 days ago I'd get out of breath and have pain in my legs just walking the same distance and now just 3 runs later my legs just ache a little and I'm not getting out of breath much at all. Loving this running pastime 😁

Well done for completing the trickiest week! You did it, and you’ll be amazed how your body will be ready to tackle W2!

The key is stay sloooooooow. Don’t skimp on your rest days and drink plenty of water the day before a run.

Most of all, have fun and keep us updated with your progress! 😀🏃‍♀️👍🏻🏃‍♂️

Will definitely keep you all updated as loving both running and the wonderful world of runners I'm now a part of!! Not going on to week 2 just yet as I've only completed 1 full run of Week 1. Going to complete 2 more week 1 runs before moving on to week 2 😁
