Feeling so positive and enjoying going out for runs...ventured out for an evening run yesterday instead of my usual morning one...I’m not usually great at being flexible with my schedule, it increases my anxiety, so it felt great and an achievement all on it’s own to mix it up. I have never, not once, considered running in the day or evening. I get up super early and do this thing, that's what I do.
The thought of attempting it later in the day causes ME anxiety.
Maybe I'll switch things up one day. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thank you, such a lovely and unexpected response ❤️ Morning running definitely works better for me, but just managing to switch it up was beneficial in lots of ways! If you haven’t already, I definitely recommend trying to push through the anxiety and give an evening run a go (even if you only do it once!) it’s given me a greater sense of ease that I can fit my runs in when I choose to. But ultimately just keep on running, whenever & wherever you can, for you, because you want to!
