So I am going away on a working holiday and won’t be able to do my runs. I will be doing w5r1 on Friday before I go. What do people recommend when I come back as w5 looks intense and I am guessing I will have lost some of my fitness?? Thanks in advance

It sounds like your working holiday will be active, so why not just continue where you left off when you get home? You won't lose much fitness in a week.
