Better run this morning👍


Well after my disaster of a run on Tuesday evening decided to go back to running in the morning, my fav time! Decided that as this is my last run before my hols would do a shorter 3k and try and keep the pace up a bit! Got bit wrapped up a bit before with trying to increase times and distances all at once, feel more comfortable with shorter distances think will stick to 5-6k max runs for a while! Got mojo back averaging about 6mins per 1k. Hope everyone is well and just keep doing what your doing! 😀

Yaaay Chelsea! Go you! Mojo back on point!! 6 mins per K is brilliant too! I’m definitely a slow mo, but I’m getting faster. Slowly! 🤣🤣! Well done Blue! Enjoy the hols! ❤️
