Legs felt like lead tonight!

Ran my first 5k on the flat along the coast, very scenic. Legs felt like lead and only improved 1 minute over my hill runs! hey ho. Just keep running... still hate it... but just keep running!

Keep thinking if that Stones song 'I can't get no satisfaction'...
