Yesterday’s run done along this lovely canal in Manchester. So obsessed with this programme that I can’t let a little work trip get in the way of progress and no ice creams this time either just a cheeky bud with dinner. Found drinking water all day before run helped as well. Fingers crossed for week 8 run 2.

Thanks I asked one of the delegates on my course for a suggestion of where to run and he came up with this. I thought it was good choice too 😎
