Hi, I'm new to this page. I'm on week 9 of C25k, only 1 run left! I've been getting a tight calf when running since near the end of week 7 can anyone give me any advise to stop this? Thanks

I'm no medical expert but this happened to me this week on my Monday run (week 6 run 3) . As it happens I go to Pilates on a Tuesday night where my instructor helped me stretch it out gently and it seems to have done the trick because I had no problems tonight. Perhaps interspersing the runs with something like Pilates or yoga might help ??
