W5R2 much better than W5R1

The “20 minuter” is planned for this weekend so I’m going to rest up for a couple of days. Very happy about the 2x8 today though and the last one was actually 15 minutes because I just kept going to the end of the route. It is so much easier to run for longer periods now that I have forced myself to run slower that my natural inclination would tell me to. Continued good luck everyone!! :-)

Well done! Everything is better when you slow it right down, which is why we tell everyone to GO SLOWLY 📣😃

I think it’s a good plan to restmthose legs beforehand. Have a good run. Take it slow and it’s going to be fab 💪😃👍

Great job on getting this far!! I agree with giving the legs an extra days rest. Now go kick that 20 minute runs butt👍

Well done! Enjoy R3 😀 For me it was a real landmark, and the run made me believe I’ll complete the programme!

Just beware of W6, especially R1 (in my case). It’s short, but it catches people out after the high of the 20 minuter. Stay very slow and very steady and you’ll be fine!

I’m the meantime, go smash W5R3! Good luck! 👍🏻🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️😀
