Did my first run on Monday after 3 weeks off (injured my knee after 3 runs!) and I’m really sore down the front of my shin/top of my foot. I think it’s bevause my warm up is walking up a steep hill and I also have to run up a gradual hill. Any tips for stretching there??

I know what you mean. That acute angle is horrible, and to replicate it many times when you’re a new runner is the pits

Can you find somewhere flatter? You can tackle hills later

The big hill is right outside my house so only If I drove somewhere first to run. I could do I guess to start with, I like the convenience of just leaving the house and going

Yeah but needs must. I got my car out and took myself off to the local country park and did all the runs there 😃
