Was a tad concerned about this one as everyone said to be wary of it as it looks easy after W5R3... just completed it and wasn’t as bad as I feared - I actually think I’m starting to like this running lark! 😀

Go Jacqui! Great stuff! Don’t be afraid you can do it, W6 does seem to challenge a lot of us, but just keep the go slow mantra going and it sounds like you’ve got this! Well done you! ❤️

Yep, a lot of it is mental now, you went out ready for a challenge so you got through. The issue in week 6 runs 1 and 2 is sometimes people think they look easy compared to W5R3 (every so often someone posts to ask if the runs are in the wrong order!) and they get a shock. If you expect a proper challenge it’s fine, it’s when people expect it to be easy that it goes wrong.
