Hey guys 👋

Had a lovely run this evening it’s definitely easier now it’s not so hot! 🌞

For the first time in ages I didn’t have to walk and I could have gone on a bit longer only it was getting properly dark!

Finally feeling positive again and ready to try and increase my distance gradually. Really want to be able to do 10k at some point.
