I do have a weight loss goal in mind, but I have focussed on getting into a regular running habit first. I do some toning exercises on rest days. I am advised that exercise on rest days should be low impact to allow your body time to recover from the previous day’s run and avoid overdoing it and getting an injury. I hope that helps. ❤️
This is not a weight loss programme... so.. rest day exercise is for core strength and stamina and non impact work
