Didn’t expect that to be so tough after the relatively comfortable 20 min run in W5. Dont know if it was the intervals that made it gruelling. My calves were really aching. Anyway did it and sights already set on 25 mins in a few days time 😩

Hi Millymollymand I did W5R3 in the pouring rain last night and decided to not take a rest day before starting W6. Maybe that was my mistake. Legs currently aching. My running buddy is going on holiday so determined to get to 25 mins before she goes

There is something about W6 that many of us have found difficult- but everyone gets through it - slowly but surely.

I just finished week 6 yesterday and felt quite comfortable doing 25 mins even though the 2nd run felt hard. I think at this point it is easier to keep running than stop and then start again. It's all in the mind!
