Wasn't feeling great today and thought about not doing the run today. Glad I did do it. Found it hard as I wasn't on form but was so pleased to have finished week two ( found the other runs easy). Looking forward to week 3 but as my right trainer has developed a squeak i think i might have to buy new trainers.

Congratulations on completing week 2 especially when your not feeling to good, you should be proud of yourself 😊

Well done on getting this far. I think the hardest bit is the first few runs as it’s all so new but go into week 3 with the confidence that at the end of those three runs you’ll be a third of the way through the programme. That’s definitely cause for celebration 🍾
