Ok so I have noticed some downers about w5 - any advice?

I personally loved W5. It culminates in a 20 minute run non-stop, and that felt absolutely amazing to me. It seems like a big jump up, but if you stay slow and steady and slow down even more if you feel discomfort anywhere, you’ll be fine!
