I've followed a strict routine whilst doing C25K. Get up, coffee and water, run! Today I threw all that out of the window and went for a run after lunch. Running without the app felt very liberating. I chose a mountain route that I know takes about 30 minutes and just went for it. Joyous!

What a great post! A couple of weeks ago I wasn’t really looking forward to the ‘freedom’ of not using the app but with two runs to go I am looking forward to investigating just running without stabilisers! 😃
