I haven’t done any exercise other than walk the dog for years so was feeling rather nervous about Wk 1. I managed to get around - and in 28 degree heat - so feeling chuffed. Michael Johnson got me through - a hero of mine having been a 200m county champion, albeit 30 years ago!!

Brilliant. Kudos to you for running in the heat too. I go the easy route and go out early mornings. 😀

I kill two birds and take my dog along with me. Being early, it’s not too hot for her. It’s nice having a non-judgmental buddy! My husband is far too fit to run with me! I’d be a 🐌 in the dust!

Well done you! Most of my runs have been in the heat and I think it's made them harder, but I've stuck at it and graduated today. I'm looking forward to running in cooler weather (not that I want the good weather to go mind)😉👍
