Really struggling to get out in the heat, now I’ve not run for nearly a month, any advice on how to ease myself back into it?

Just go out and do a slow run early morning or late evening when it's cooler. Don't put any pressure on yourself about time/distance. Make sure you're well hydrated and off you go. If you want to you could pick up a c25k podcast week again or just use a favourite playlist/podcast to listen to as you go. Once you get back into the habit of being back out there you will be fine. This is only the second year I've run through summer heat as Im useless in it and stopped in previous years. For some reason last year was do-able and this year I've just kept going but I can now go out around 0500 which I've never been able to before due to a commute aI no longer do.
I reached week 7r2 and then the heat hit and I seriously dislike the heat! Haven’t been out in about 6 weeks! Am thinking of starting again in September when the cooler weather comes in. Work shift patterns stop early morning or late night running so for now I’m taking a break. I think I must be a winter runner! Good luck though for your runs
