So I can run 5 mins without stopping, I know this because I’ve done it 4 times 🤗 whoop whoop!
Today was a little bit tougher than Saturday though because I didn’t have time to stretch after the run on Saturday 🤦🏼♀️ due to having to clear the kitchen for the plastering to be done. Also didn’t have a hot bath 🛀 needed the heating off so that the plaster did dry to quickly 😕
No way that was happening today and overall I was fine but my hip and back were aching when I got up, the old me would have said that ‘I’m not cut out for this running malarkey’ but miss determined got dressed did some dynamic stretches and went out in the sunshine, slow and steady as always 🐌
Stretch and bath done (used the electric shower to fill the bath 🤓) and I’m ready for day 3 on Wednesday 💥🏃🏼♀️💪🏻 #ivegotthis
Also.. couldn’t have done it without the lovely Sarah 😍

Hahaha, you’ll love W5! It’s a cheeky one, but the feeling of achievement at the end (check out R3!) is immense! It’s the week I’m going to remember the most I think.
Your bag is growing without you even realising it! 👍🏻😀🏃♀️💪🏻❤️
Haha... already looked ahead 🙈 I couldn’t figure out how Week 6 jumped to week 7... then I realised that after week 4 the runs change daily not weekly 🙊
But it’s ok... I didn’t expect to last 3 mins before I started and that’s easy now, I have trust the program and my lovely coach Sarah 🏃🏼♀️
